Fancy skirt, casual outfit

I don't wear skirts that often as it actually takes a lot of thought sometimes putting an outfit together around a skirt! :)

Was so drawn to this floral asymmetric skirt from Boohoo at Asos though that I decided to give it a go, and was so happy with the item when it arrived!

It is well lined, high waisted, elasticated as well as having a zip, the shape is different and stands out and the print and colours are gorgeous!

Since it is already a bit of a statement item, I've decided to go a bit casual with the other elements of the outfit to balance it out, so have chosen a loose v-neck t-shirt (so flattering for a more voluptuous shape like mine :)) from the HM Basics section, my nearly worn out Lacoste white trainers, similar here at Next, and gorgeous little basket bag from Bershka, sold out in a day I think, which I have embellished with pompoms (might do a little tutorial on that soon! :)).

Red heart sunnies were from ebay, loads to choose from here.
