Scampston Vintage Festival

Nearly a year ago, I attended the first ever Vintage Festival organised by Britain Does Vintage on the gorgeous grounds of Scampston Gardens and I absolutely fell in love with Vintage Festivals! :)

After waiting for a year, that time has come again and Britain Does Vintage is bringing the Vintage Festival back to Scampston Gardens on 7th and 8th of June with the promise that this time it is bigger and better! :)

In their own words, this is what you can expect:

'Set in the picturesque lakeside gardens of the regency Scampston Hall which is home to the award winning Walled Gardens, this event is set to be the perfect vintage festival!
Let us set the scene -  a fabulous Saturday evening (18:00 to 22:30) of live music, picnics and vintage cocktails, followed by (Sunday 11:00 to 17:30) a relaxed vintage garden party in the immaculate gardens, hundreds of stunning classic cars to admire, live music and afternoon tea on the terrace, as well as an array of the UK's best vintage stalls to discover. Not to forget children's entertainment to keep the kids happy while you transport yourself back in time!'

So excited to be a part of this again!!! This time I will be prepared, got my own vintage dress from the last vintage festival I attended in Scarborough last month, have the perfect shoes and my vintage bag just arrived in the post! :)

I look forward to seeing you all at this gorgeous venue, either on the 7th or 8th of June and if you want more info please follow the link: Britain Does Vintage Blog.

For now, I will leave you with some photos from last year's Scampston Does Vintage Festival, so you can get a little taste of what's waiting for you in a week's time! :)

My outfit ~ Miss Selfridge Dress, Debenhams Shoes, Topshop Cat Eyes, Pink framed Sunglasses and New Look cropped cardigan.

Enjoying a snack on the grass, listing to amazing live music! :)

Loved how people went all out with their outfits! Just looking around the grounds you felt you were part of a different world, long gone but still treasured! :)

The stalls were full of amazing vintage finds, you could not leave empty handed! And we didn't! :)

The vintage cars were absolute shoes stoppers! :)

And last, but most definitely not least, the grounds will take your breath away! :)

Well, if this post wasn't enough to make you itch with excitement for this weekend, have a read of what more amazing things Britain Does Vintage have in store for you:

"It's all about Scampston this week... and boy have we got some amazing things lined up for you... Vintage beauty, nearly triple the amount of vintage stalls, 5 live music acts, dance lessons, vintage photo-booth and tandem bike hire, vintage bar, vintage craft zone, afternoon-teas and other vintage food and drink, (free) childresn's games - alongside 200 classic cars! And that's just the Sunday... seriously folks pop next weekend in your diary and come and join us!'

Oh, and PS: Free parking!!! :)

So, 8 more sleeps!!! Eeeek!!! :)

Until we meet again :)

All my love
